That’s expected from a brand like Razer with a smooth-working sensor. This accurately translates whatever you’re doing on your mousepad or other surfaces to the game. Apart from these reasons, Razer is a brand you can count on for superb devices and peripherals. Further, hardcore gamers are known to prefer wired mice over wireless alternatives. In the lighting tab, Razer offers the usual Chroma RGB lighting effects such as breathing, reactive, spectrum cycling, static and wave. Nothing too special here. A host of features make this mouse worth getting, including the accuracy, feel, response, and reliable consistency. You can all adjust the wheel, buttons and take advantage of the long cable. Other custom features you can perform include programming macros for the buttons.

Arguably, the most important part of any gaming mouse’s software suite is its sensitivity adjustment options. Here we can see that Razer’s suite allows for a wide range of customization from 100DPI to 16,000 DPI in 100DPI increments. Interestingly enough, Razer also allows the independent adjustment of DPI for the X and Y axis. Why would anyone do that? I’m not quite sure, but that’s some serious level of customization. Like other mice out there, this Lancehead TE isn’t the best fit for any hand size. Some mice are designed for bigger hands, while others are made for smaller hands. When it comes down to preferences, you’ll want to know if your favored option suits your hand. As I mentioned before it’s wise to install Razer’s Synapsebeforereally delving into your favorite competitive game. Firstly to deactivate whatever side buttons you won’t use and secondly to configure your DPI and other settings. The Lancehead TE can store up to four different profiles, which is ideal for people who are often traveling to friends or tournaments to game. Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition Review – Conclusion I love how meticulous Razer was with being able to customize the RGB of the mouse. There are 7 RGB lights lining both sides of the mouse (14 lights total) and you can choose your desired color for each of the 14 strips. I thought that was pretty cool. There are 2 strips of lights lining the scroll wheel and the Razer logo near the bottom of the mouse. All of these are color and effect customize-able. However, I can definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a sleek and well-performing mouse that should last quite a while.

Setting up profiles for multiple games is another masterstroke, even if it’s downright simple to do. You can do that with the software to preselect DPI levels, color schemes, and anything else that might enhance your enjoyment of any game. The build quality on the Lancehead TE is stellar.Tapping, squeezing, or shaking the mouse produces no unwanted noises (well, you can hear the scroll wheel a bit when you violently shake it up and down, but since that’ll never happen during gameplay it’s a non-issue) or deformities. Also launching today is the Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition wired gaming mouse. Featuring the world’s most advanced optical gaming sensor, Razer™ Mechanical Mouse Switches as well as hybrid on-board and cloud memory through the upcoming Razer Synapse Pro (Beta), the Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition gives accuracy and durability like never before. This is a pretty flat mouse, which’ll generally man a couple of things: it’s going to be ideal for fingertip and claw grip (provided you don’t want a full palm when clawing) and only suitable for palm grippers with smaller hands. This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.

The Razer Tournament Edition mouse is designed to draw your attention with its flat and ambidextrous make. The mouse is medium-sized, fits either hand orientation, and has a nice shape. The cable feels great as well. Over the past couple of months there’s been companies who have been using almost shoelace-like cables, so this one isn’t quite thebest out there, but it’s more than adequate and can easily be used without a bungee as well.
