About this deal

I personally would get one of the 9390cc/9385cc or even a 9370cc since the price of these is not significantly higher compared to the solo models: When you say de-natured, is this the same as grain alcohol? Or Isopropyl? The reason I was considering ethyl alcohol was because I’d read that certain other additives don’t dissolve when added to isopropyl, but apparently do so in ethyl alcohol. Not sure whether or not that’s correct.

Side note: Subjectively, the Series 9 PRO+ and the Pro feel just slightly more powerful. Specs-wise they shouldn’t, so it just might be my impression or a more aggressive setting for the sensor.Braun Electric Shaver Head Replacement Series 9 94M. Flexible shaver head to capture even more hair in one stroke. Additional features such as corded/cordless. Comes in colour silver. However, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and creep resistance while remaining great for welding. Performance wise, coming from a Series 7 shaver with no clean and charge and having a fast growing and hard stubble, I was unshaved for almost a week when my 9280CC arrived.

Our international delivery partners are Royal Mail, Deutsche Post (DHL Global Mail), Landmark Global and Asendia. × Based on the info you provided (which was excellent and covered all the relevant aspects), you really could go either way. So I will try to weigh in on this and hopefully you’ll lean more towards one or the other. I think the brush will be particularly beneficial if you have flat-lying hairs. But even if you don’t you’ll still see an improvement. I’m looking for a new shaver since my Philips 7000 is dying (motor issue) after about four and a half years. I’m now between the new 9000 Prestige (SP9840/32) from Philips and the Braun Series 9 Pro+ (9575cc). In booth cases I like to have a cleaning station, since I have the SmartClean station now with my Series 7000 and I like it.the 9250cc is the only model in the newer generations that is suitable for dry-only use and will actually work while charging. I did however notice that the S9 Pro is a bit louder and feels somewhat faster when shaving (the motor is still a 10000 oscillations per minute unit though). The real win will be in my opinion in the form of reliability. But that remains to be seen. Price and availability That said, the 9290cc, 9291cc, or 9297cc from the second generation are still a good option if you can find one at a lower price compared to a 93xx model.

One physical difference between a cc and a solo shaver is that the former features a special coat of paint that should withstand constant exposure to the alcohol-based solution. The PRO 94M cassette is marketed by Braun as being better with longer hair but to me, all of them seem just as good. I think it’s a good move by Braun as the curved blade was ineffective and downright annoying to use. You are correct, I omitted that aspect regarding the travel case. As a side note, the charger will not fit, the case just wraps around the shaver without much extra room for anything except a tiny brush. A shaving head should last for 18 months of use according to Braun, even though in real life you’ll probably need to replace it sooner than that.I find the Series 9 (PRO+) station quite useful and practical and I usually go for the cc models since they don’t cost a lot more. The Series 9 Pro shaver seems a bit more powerful and you can’t get that just by using the 94M cassette. Similarly, would the Remington Face Saver (talc plus ???) require the shaver be hot water washed (and then dried) before putting in the cleaning station? I don’t know if that pre-shave causes gunk ala the foams & gels that require washing (and drying) before the shaver goes in the cleaning station. That said, the problem when shaving under the nose and around the sideburns is still there. In fact, it will be arguably worse with these new larger angular heads of the Prestige. It’s one of the reasons why I prefer foil shavers. With the Series 9 PRO+ you can get the foil right under the nose and it’s a lot easier to shave right up to the sideburn edge. You can even use the integrated trimmer for some finesse work (instead of the OneBlade). It’s still not as good as a Panasonic trimmer, but better than before with the now straight edge. The Series 9 PRO+ is in a different league compared to the Series 3, but some users just can’t get a decent shave with a shaver of a different type. So there’s the risk of that, even with a top performing shaver like the Series 9 PRO+.

I mentioned on several occasions that the Braun Series 9 is, as far as shaving performance goes, a great shaver — definitely one of the best you can currently buy. As we’ve seen, most of them have been carried over from the Series 9 and Series 9 PRO, the only true novelty being the hair trimmer.

Many duplex grades offer a combination of properties from both austenitic and ferritic stainless steels. It will show the selected mode via the droplet symbols: one for short, two for normal and three for intensive. As you can see, there’s no protective cover for the foil head (Braun never made one for the Series 9).
