Key specs – Jug capacity: 600ml; Motor power: 600 watts; Speed settings: 1; Size: 330 x 170 x 300mm What did stand out when we used this model is how quiet the operation is - nudging a mere 90db when we used it to make a smoothie with ice on the fast setting.

Travel, or portable blenders, are perfect for taking on camping trips, day trips or hikes and other holiday adventures - or simply carrying with you to the gym for post-workout refreshment. Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned. Overall, this is a compact blender that can deal with plenty of different foodstuffs, but you will have to resort to a full-sized blender for a round of smoothies.

Motorsport UK has an exciting vision and strategy set out for the future of Esports and this is a positive step on that journey. We’re looking forward to expanding our presence, engaging with the community and bringing them exciting opportunities like the ROKiT British F4 Esports Championship.” Design wise the body is nice and contemporary in its styling with a stainless-steel body and lightweight Tritan jug made from copolyester. This material feels noticeably lighter than your average glass jug and has been designed to reduce odour transfer and staining after each blend - this comes in particularly handy if you're using the blender to mix up warmer ingredients for soups.

At 1,600W and with Tefal's ‘Powelix Life Blade Technology’, the Infiny Mix is a high-speed design that can carry out a number of blending tasks with pre-programmed one-touch buttons. Choose from specific settings on its stylish and nicely illuminated LED display for Smoothies, Ice crush, Sorbets and Dessert. There’s also a setting to make cleaning the jug easy – we simply placed a tiny drop of washing up liquid in water and pressed the clean setting to dislodge any ingredients under the blade, then gave it a rinse with fresh water.

If you’re blending for the whole family, a larger jug makes sense. For blending soups, it’s worth getting a blender with a heat-proof jug of good capacity to allow room for steam. A specific soup programme will ensure you can blend safely without the risk of damage to your blender or your kitchen from hot liquids. What difference does a higher wattage make? While you can crush small amounts of ice in this version, we’d suggest opting for a higher-powered model – such as the 900 series – if you’re planning on regularly using it for super-tough jobs. A good portable blender will be relatively easy to clean as you don't want to spend hours trying to remove mango pulp from the blades. It will also come with sharp blades and enough power to pulverise more than one beverage per charge. At 1,000W, it isn’t the most powerful blender we’ve tested, but it provides more than enough punch for your average smoothie. We found it did well to whizz up our raspberry and banana smoothie using the Blend setting, pulling down the ingredients down to blitz in under the allotted 50 seconds. We also tried creating a green smoothie, using a mix of fresh and frozen produce including spinach, broccoli, pear, pineapple and avocado. While it needed a little shake midway through, to encourage some of the spinach at the top to combine, it was able to produce a silky smoothie drink with minimum froth in under a minute. And, although noise decibel levels can ramp up into the 90s, we think the excellent performance of this model makes it well worth the investment. So what do you get for your money? First and foremost is a high-powered 1440W motor, which spins a laser-cut stainless steel blade that can blitz through just about anything. A generous 2-litre jug means you can blend for the whole family in one go – ideal if you’re batch-cooking soups and sauces for the week ahead. A dial on the front of the unit offers 10 different blending speeds for ultimate control, and a handy digital timer shows you the length of time you’ve been blending. You can even connect the A2300i to the Vitamix app for recipe suggestions.
