I've hardly removed the card from my Vita since I got it soon after launch and am astounded by the amount there is to do on there. Raiden tries to stop Liu Kang, but accidentally kills him when Liu Kang's fire mixes with Raiden's lightning, burning Liu Kang alive. Sweet Tooth from the Twisted Metal series was considered to be the PlayStation exclusive before Kratos was chosen.

Upon release, Mortal Kombat received very positive reviews and won several awards for fighting game of the year. If you like bloody/gory arcade style games this is for you, not to forget it also includes a story mode and with the Vita's touch screen it includes lots more minigames. Playing through the challenge tower is definitely addictive and extremely tough, but feels rewarding as you burn your way through it. One unique feature is included with each stage [10] such as "The Desert" which has a "sand tech", allowing for realistic sand motion during characters' interaction.

However, there are still plenty of challenges that play out more traditionally, featuring the game's four previously DLC-only characters for the first time in the challenge tower.
