I find it hard to believe that the Battle Cat/Havoc Staff/Power Sword sell better than the single carded mini-figures or mini-figure multi-packs. The forks on the end have worn out from me having to separate blocks that are wedged together too tightly.

You won't get all your money back but you're both reasonable enough to not have those expectations anyway. You can print some pretty intricate designs on it, I used to use it for creating screens for screen printing. If I have to complain about one of the figures it is Evil-Lyn because we have so many versions of her, we already have this colorway…why not give us a Clawful or Jitsu or almost anyone else that we haven’t gotten yet.I will use my apple pencil and color the images from the inner sleeves on my iPad when it snows or something…I did this with the Castle Grayskull art. I could see Orko getting another release in the Grayskull tower set, along with yet another Sorceress and then who knows whom for the villains. I'm sick of seeing the new figures and then waiting forever for them to actually get released in a set all while wondering if I'll be able to find them when they do come out. Ive only ever tracked creations when they are selling exclusives so I dont know if they also sell general release items or not. Sixty-five for this set is pretty much the ten cents a piece standard that Lego operates off of last I paid any attention.

Plus, I like that it's small, because I can put it together, admire what it took to design it in bricks, even if I still don't care for the aesthetic, then put it away. By the way, I had to dig through the boxes to get package number 1 which always contains the figures. Then spend thirty dollars on one figure from a fifty dollar set instead of waiting for the set to become more available and then blaming scalpers as the problem.

Now Mega makes a more affordable set (Eternia) with a vehicle and 4 figures, of which 2 new characters, and there is no end to the complaints that it is too small… I for one am just very happy we are getting this set and that Mega MOTU is still alive and well. Snake Mountain is incredibly detailed, it´s incredible to see how the individual pieces look like rocky terrain or part of the fortress. Not just because of all the little things that can, and will, plink right off, but the whole thing feels extremely flimsy, with only one plate to support the entire mountain above it, it makes it difficult to carry, but then this is exacerbated by the sectional partitions, which really don't want to hold well together, makes transporting it at all a very complicated task.

Instead, we have a flimsier box, a worse design choice with the two large boxes and the decorative sleeve, and boring images on the front. I don’t want to step on someone’s toes but when Mega makes a big set (Snake Mountain) the complaints come pouring in that it’s too expensive. Sometimes I personally have a hard time seeing the correct shape of a piece in respect of it’s orientation and position in the picture…But this is more of a SpartanNerd problem. It became a bigger deal once the internet became more widespread and people started collecting and seeing things they'd missed out on as kids. I have bought all Mega MOTU sets at original retail with the exception of Castle Grayskull and Snake Mountain.
